Bookings
A request becomes a booking once reception confirms it in writing. Rates are per room per night and include breakfast and the tourist tax unless stated otherwise.
Payment
We ask for the first night as a deposit when we confirm. The balance is paid on departure, by card or in cash in dirhams.
Changes & cancellation
Changes and cancellations are free up to 48 hours before arrival. After that, the first night is charged. During the Mawazine festival week a minimum stay and a 7-day notice apply.
Arrival & departure
Check-in from 3:00 PM · Check-out by 12:00 PM. Early arrivals can leave their bags, use the hammam and wait in the courtyard.
Children & pets
Children are welcome in every room, and cots are free. We are sorry, but we cannot host pets.
