The room
Each Courtyard Room opens through a pair of cedar doors onto the arcade. Leave them ajar in the morning and the smell of the orange trees comes in with the light.
The walls are sixty centimetres of rammed earth, so the room stays cool in August and holds the day's warmth through a winter night.
